Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless circumstances prevent this, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at d10d's discretion.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 5.5 Currency

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the d10d platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of d10d or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the d10d platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of d10d intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, d10d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Upon termination for cause, d10d may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation and may forfeit balances if violations are confirmed.

12.3 Effects of Termination
